Terms and Conditions

I operate a 24 hour full fee cancellation policy for private classes. 1:1 classes cost £60 for 50 minutes. Payment is due on the day and can be paid in cash or online.

Group classes are pre-paid in half termly blocks with set dates. If you are unable to attend a class you are welcome to attend a catch-up class at another time during the half term block (it doesn’t have to be during the week you miss). I do not provide refunds for missed classes. 

COVID-19 Policy

This policy covers private classes run by Let’s Move Pilates at Dynamic Osteopathy Cambridge, 3 Cobble Yard, Cambridge and the Bodywise Studio, Dales Brewery, Gwydir Street, Cambridge.

I have a pre-session screening questionnaire which I will ask you to fill out before your first class with me. After that I will ask you to confirm before each subsequent session whether anything has changed. This includes whether you have any symptoms of COVID-19, as well as whether you have been in contact with anyone in the last 10 days who has tested positive.

I wear a Type IIR face mask during classes and also a visor/goggles for any close contact work or tactile adjustments.

Please arrive dressed ready for your class if you are coming to Dynamic Osteopathy. If you’re attending a class at Bodywise then it is possible to change in the toilets. On arrival at the studio, please wait outside until it is time for your class to start. I will take your temperature before you come into the studio.

I will ask you to sanitise your hands using the hand sanitiser provided and I will provide you with a Type IIR face mask to wear during the lesson (or you can bring your own).

I will also provide you with gloves to wear during the class when you are touching equipment or straps that cannot be wiped down using the clinic’s antiviral spray.

It’s also helpful if you can bring a towel to use as padding or as a head cushion as these are no longer provided. Please also bring your own water bottle.

There is a 15-20 minutes gap between classes to allow enough time between clients to clean and ventilate the studio.

Privacy

Let’s Move Pilates has a client enrolment form which includes name, address, date of birth and contact information including email address and telephone numbers. Health information is also required for teaching purposes.

The website’s contact me section collects your name, email address and telephone number. This information is kept on file and email addresses are stored electronically. I do not share this information with any third party.

You will be asked to sign a clear agreement to let me use your data as described above when you start attending classes. 

You have the right to remove your consent at any time. Please let me know by emailing info@letsmovepilates.co.uk if you would like to have your contact details removed from the system. Your data is stored securely for a period of time such that it complies with my professional, legal and insurance requirements.

This website uses google analytics to track information about how visitors have found the site and which pages they have visited. It does not identify who the visitors are.
